1. The school believes in discipline and firmness. Slackness, disobedience and disregard of rules that lower the image of the school is regarded as a breach of the school discipline.

2. Parents must carry their original photo ID proof along with the parent copy of the student’s ID. It is mandatory for safety and security reasons.

3. School has discretion on access / entry of a visitor in campus.

4. The parents / guardians are earnestly requested to extend their full cooperation towards the school:

  • i) By advising their wards to follow the school rules strictly.
  • ii) By taking active interest in the progress of their wards.
  • iii) By contacting the Principal or Class Teacher by prior appointment in case of their ward’s difficulties.
  • iv) By providing their wards with Tiffin and discouraging them from having food from outside.
  • v) By clearing all dues payable to the school within stipulated time.
  • vi) By ensuring that their wards do not possess any contagious disease while attending school.
  • vii) By ensuring that their wards do not loiter on the roads near the school gate after school.
  • viii) By ensuring that their wards do not spend their time aimlessly after returning home.
  • ix) By creating a very congenial atmosphere at home to enable their wards to develop their personality.
  • x) They are required to inform the school if there is any change in their address or mobile number.
  • xi) Leave for ½ day should not be asked for security reasons. In emergency, written permission can be granted by teacher in charge.
  • xii) Children when sick should not be sent to school to attend classes. Such children can come with permission only.
  • xiii) Attention of parents is drawn to the fact that criticism of the teacher or school in and outside the premises is unwanted because it causes the students to lose respect for their teachers and the school.
  • Parents are advised to grant pocket money very judiciously to the students.
  • Should there be any legitimate complaint, please meet the principal at once or write him/her the matter personally.
  • Any communication made by parents / guardians should be addressed to the principal of the school and must be through the class teacher.
  • The report card is an important document and should be kept safely. For issue of duplicate report card, Rs. 100 will be charged.
  • The name, admission number, class, section and house of the students should be clearly mentioned in the diary.
  • Parents are requested to co-operate with the school in its attempt to help their children attain precaution and discipline and by taking interest in their homework given.
  • Any damage caused by a student will be made good by the student’s fine.
