
✸ Attendance in the morning assembly is compulsory.
✸ 75% of attendance is required by a student to appear for any examination held by school.
✸ Student must not remain in the classroom after school hours.
If found, the school authority is liable to take action.
✸ Reason of absence from the school must be mentioned in the Parent’s remark section of the diary duly signed by parent/guardian.
✸ If a student will remain absent continuously for 15 days without bonafide reason, serious consequence and withdrawal notice may be issued.
Readmission can be granted if seats are available after paying full dues.
✸ CBSE has given clear instructions that students must not bring mobile phones / Smart watch / I-pods / electronics gadgets or valuable articles inside the school premises.
If a student is found carrying these items, fine will be imposed and the school authority has the right to seize the above-mentioned items. Moreover, the school will not undertake any responsibilities for the loss.
✸ Students will be penalised if found to be carrying crackers or explosive.
✸ A fine will be imposed if a student is found using abusive language / objectionable words.
✸ English, which is the medium of instructions of the school, should be used at all times in the school premises.
✸ Students should come to school in neat and clean prescribed uniforms (properly stitched), and shoes must be polished.
✸ Boys must have their proper haircut regularly and shave when required. Colouring of hair is not allowed.
✸ Students who bring bicycles to the school should keep them properly locked at the respective place.
The school is not responsible for any loss or theft.
✸ No student is allowed to drive motorised vehicles for coming to school.
In case a student is found guilty, he/she may be penalised properly.
✸ While dropping wards at the school gate, parents/guardians are requested to check regarding any exigencies like excess rain, strike etc. that might lead to the school being closed.
School will not be responsible for any untoward circumstances arising from such emergency.
✸ Students are advised to bring their tiffin from home. No one other than parents can deliver tiffin.
Students are forbidden to buy any kind of food from the vendors outside the school premises.
DISMISSAL – SUSPENSION
The Principal reserves the right to remove a student from the school or suspend him/her for a certain period if the conduct of the student, in Principal’s opinion, is against the good moral tone of the school. The nature of the punishment will be based on the gravity of offence committed by the student. It is not obligatory on the part of Principal to give any reason for taking action against a student except that he is convinced of taking such action of dismissal/suspension.
LIBRARY RULES
- Only one book will be issued at a time. Failure to return the book on time will be fined.
- Writing, marking or underlining library books is absolutely forbidden.
- Books lost, damaged or wrongly handled will have to be paid for or replaced.
- No books from the “Reference Section” will be issued.
